An item qualifies for a return if it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, no smells, no smoke, no animal hair, no makeup stains, no deodorant stains, mildew scent, obvious wear, etc. and if it is not a final sale item. There will be no returns accepted on sale items, custom items, shoes, jewelry, air freshies, or swim. If your return is received within 14 days you will receive a store credit for the cost of your item. No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 14 days of purchase. All shipping is a flat rate $6 with USPS, or you can choose to ship UPS for $8. Free shipping over $100. Orders usually ship next business day that we are open.
