Please double check and make sure your address is right when checking out! Once order is placed, we cannot change your address! Bass Trading Company of Bristol Reese Boutique LLC is NOT responsible for items delivered to the wrong address if the customer's address was not correct at checkout. 
Bass Trading Company of Bristol Reese Boutique LLC is NOT responsible for items lost in transit! If your package has been lost, you must file a claim with USPS for information on your package. Once it is shipped it is out of our hands! 
RETURN POLICY:
We understand things don't always work out and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Exchanges or returns MUST be made within 14 days of purchase, in the original condition of which you purchased it with tags attached for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
An item qualifies for a return if it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, no smells, no smoke, no animal hair, no makeup stains, no deodorant stains, mildew scent, obvious wear, etc. and if it is not a final sale item. 
There will be NO RETURNS ACCEPTED on sale/clearance items, no returns on custom items, no returns on shoes, no returns on jewelry, and no returns on swim.
If your return is received within 14 days you will receive a store credit for the cost of your item. No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 14 days of purchase.

REFUND TYPE: A store credit will be issued to the customer via gift card in physical or email form.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
 If you believe you have received a defective item, you must notify us within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date, or 3 days of purchase if in store. Otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions will be made.
Bass Trading Company (formerly Bristol Reese Boutique LLC) is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Bass Trading Company of Bristol Reese Boutique LLC reserves the right to refuse returns if we feel they do not comply with our Return Policy.
