Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase with receipt and tags attached. Items must be returned in the original condition they were purchased (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, no odors, stains, smoke, pet hair, or visible wear).

All approved returns will be issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY after the item is received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Bristol Reese Boutique LLC DBA Bass Trading Company is not responsible for items lost in transit. Shipping and payment processing fees (Sezzle, ShopPay, PayPal, etc.) are non-refundable.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: jewelry, shoes, swimwear, hats, bralettes, sale/clearance items, pre-orders, antiques, and all custom items including DTF and embroidery.

Bristol Reese Boutique LLC DBA Bass Trading Company reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.

An item qualifies for a return if it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, no smells, no smoke, no animal hair, no makeup stains, no deodorant stains, mildew scent, obvious wear, etc. and if it is not a final sale item. All sale items are FINAL SALE.

If your return is received within 14 days you will receive a store credit for the cost of your item. No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 14 days of purchase.

Bass Trading Company of Bristol Reese Boutique LLC reserves the right to refuse returns if we feel they do not comply with our Return Policy.

Defective Items: If you believe you have received a defective item, you must notify us within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date, or 3 days of purchase if in store. Otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions will be made.

Bass Trading Company of Bristol Reese Boutique LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays with USPS or UPS.

Once package is marked "delivered", if it’s lost, a claim needs to be filed with your local postal service. If damaged after delivered, buyer is responsible. For other issues contact local post office.

IF a customer files a claim and the package is marked delivered, we have the right to press charges.

If you have a return, customer is responsible for contacting Bass Trading Company to initiate a return! You MUST contact me first! If you do not contact me, I cannot help you, and can NOT guarantee you will receive your refund. Please send me an email at basstradingcomp@gmail.com, or send us a message on facebook/instagram @basstradingco! Just make sure we are aware and can help you before you send the item back. It is also helpful if you add a note to your package with your name, order number, and reason for return.

Bass Trading Company (formerly Bristol Reese Boutique LLC) offers a flat rate fee of $8 for USPS shipping and orders over $100 are free! (This is excluding glass and antiques; you will be invoiced separately for exact shipping on these items!) Once an item is shipped it usually takes 2-4 business days to arrive to you, depending on location. When you place an order online, I plan to ship it out the next business day (or two) most of the time. We do not ship on Sunday, Monday, or holidays. 

We also offer local pick up at our store. You should receive a notification when you item is ready for pick up. Please check store hours to see when you can come pick your item up. Most of the time your order is ready the same day if it is a business day and not a custom order. 

If it is a custom item, these turn-around times vary.
