Each month, your child will receive one embroidered piece personalized with their name or monogram featuring a new, hand-picked design. Designs will change monthly and may be seasonal, holiday-inspired, or simply something cute we think your little one will love!

Every monthly piece will include your child’s name or monogram.
Designs, garment colors, fonts, thread colors and personalization styles will be selected by Bass Trading Company to coordinate with that month’s design.

Each subscription is planned ahead of the season so your little one has plenty of time to wear and enjoy their new piece!
Seasonal and holiday designs will arrive before the occasion they’re intended for. For example, a Halloween-themed piece will be sent early enough for your child to enjoy wearing it throughout the Halloween season — not just for a few days before the holiday!
The garment itself will also be selected with the upcoming season in mind. Depending on the time of year, your subscription may include short sleeves, long sleeves or another seasonally appropriate style.
How the Subscription Works 📦
Your subscription will automatically renew on the 15th of each month for the upcoming subscription release.
Once subscriptions are processed, we will order the garments needed for that month’s release, then embroider and personalize each piece.
We aim to have all subscription orders shipped by the 1st of the following month.
Example: An August 15th renewal will ship by September 1st and may feature a fall or Halloween design, giving your child plenty of time to wear it before the holiday.
Don’t Forget to Update Their Size!
Kids grow FAST! Please keep this in mind when your subscription automatically renews each month.
Your subscription will be made using the size currently selected on your account at the time your payment is processed.
If your child needs to size up, please update their subscription before the 15th. Once subscriptions are processed, we begin ordering the garments for that month’s release and cannot guarantee size changes.
We cannot exchange or remake a personalized subscription item due to an incorrect size being selected at the time of renewal.
Size Changes & Cancellations
Any size changes or cancellations must be made before the 15th to apply to the upcoming subscription.
Once your subscription has renewed and we have begun ordering garments, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

We understand things don't always work out and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Exchanges or returns MUST be made within 14 days of purchase, in the original condition of which you purchased it with tags attached for STORE CREDIT ONLY. An item qualifies for a return if it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, no smells, no smoke, no animal hair, no makeup stains, no deodorant stains, mildew scent, obvious wear, etc. and if it is not a final sale item. There will be no returns accepted on sale items, custom items, shoes, jewelry, air freshies, or swim. If your return is received within 14 days you will receive a store credit for the cost of your item. No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 14 days of purchase. REFUND TYPE: A store credit will be issued to the customer via gift card in physical or email form.
All shipping is a flat rate $6 with USPS, or you can choose to ship UPS for $8. Free shipping over $100. Orders usually ship next business day that we are open. If you choose local pick up at checkout and it is during business hours, items will be ready for pick up within the hour. You will receive a notification when your items are ready for pick up.
