An item qualifies for a return if it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, no smells, no smoke, no animal hair, no makeup stains, no deodorant stains, mildew scent, obvious wear, etc. and if it is not a final sale item. There will be no returns accepted on sale items, custom items, shoes, jewelry, air freshies, or swim. All shipping is a flat rate $6 with USPS, or you can choose to ship UPS for $8. Free shipping over $100. Orders usually ship next business day that we are open. If you choose local pick up at checkout and it is during business hours, items will be ready for pick up within the hour. You will receive a notification when your items are ready for pick up.
